I've been WAY out of the loop lately. I have a list of excuses on why I haven't been able to push myself to do more than 100 miles in a month, but they're just excuses. I've started back at it. I'm going to start on my TOTAL fitness, and not JUST concentrate on running. It will be a tricky balance between family, work and other commitments. It just has to be.
Monday through Friday 4:30 to 6:30 will be my time. ...and my time will be these workouts and runs. Let's do it!
