Training Schedule

This second image is the actual schedule. The times listed are for an aggressive 7 minute pace, which I'm not at yet, but working towards. I only need 7:37 to qualify for the Boston Marathon.

  1. It looks like I will be using the training for the Bay State Marathon coaches now instead. MUCH more aggressive training than I had planned for myself. Looks like it will be tough, but fun!
